WOW....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I met both Tim's at a home show in Scottsdale. I took a few months to really think about what I wanted to do with my yard and interviewed several companies. When I met with Tim again at my home I really liked his ideas and how they complimented my own. I wanted to make a few changes prior to signing the contract and he was very kind and sent me the changes same day. The team he sent out to do the work was very respectful and really did a great job. Tim stopped by to make sure everything was on track and if I had any questions. My yard was started and completed the first week of Febuary and as of today I haven't seen any problems around my yard. I had WHAT! do a pool infill, pump, filter and heater removal for me. They did an amazing job. Even when there was a mistake for the delivery of half of the road base for infill, they stepped up and got the work done right! Fair Pricing on everything they did. Could not be happier. WHAT! absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, they did an AMAZING job on our yard. The turf looks flawless, the rock work is clean and modern, the flower beds are beautifully designed, and the trees were planted perfectly.
